Al Mills joins MedTech Makers Lab as a Clinical and Regulatory Lead, bringing deep expertise across regulatory strategy, clinical pathway design, and commercial execution within MedTech and Life Sciences. With a strong track record in business development and an extensive network of strategic partners, Al plays a critical role in navigating complex approval pathways and accelerating time-to-market for innovative technologies.
Dr Isobel Taylor brings specialist expertise in patient-centred design and human factors engineering to MedTech Makers Lab, with a PhD in Design from the University of Porto. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical usability, product development, and design research, ensuring that medical technologies are not only functional, but intuitive, adoptable, and aligned with real patient and clinician needs.
